This performance workshop introduces students to a range of generative performance processes, incorporating physical theater, writing, object-making and ensemble creation. During the 4-hour workshop, students examine their fears and the fears of their peers, working together to generate a collaborative fear monster ritual intended to release their collective fears outward. This is a great workshop for team building and collaboration.

This workshop not only helped me to interact with my colleagues in group work further motivating me to pursue other collaborative projects in the future, but also helped me understand my own creative practice in the sense of producing a more ritualistic performance. I particularly enjoyed the process of transforming a fear into a character. – Student participant
